Prices and Standards: 24 hour English customers service and daily cleaner

1 Comfortable suite (120-160 sq meters) with 3 bedrooms and 1 living room for a whole family or friends of 6-7 people (including 1 child). (One double-

bed is supplied in each bedroom. If you need extra single-bed, please choose it in your order form.)

Total price per suite: 8,000 RMB/Day/Suite (3 double-beds provided)

Price for each extra single-bed 200 RMB/Day/Bed

2 Comfortable suite (70-110 sq meters) with 2 bedrooms and 1 living room for a whole family or friends of 4-5 people (including 1 child). (One double-

bed is supplied in each bedroom. If you need extra single-bed, please choose it in your order form.)

Total price per suite: 7,000 RMB/Day/Suite (2 double-beds provided)

Price for each extra single-bed 200 RMB/Day/Bed

3 Comfortable suite (40-60 sq meters) with 1 bedroom and 1 living room for a whole family or friends of 2-3 people (including 1 child). (One double-bed

is supplied in each bedroom. If you need extra single-bed, please choose it in your order form.)

Total price per suite: 6,000 RMB/Day/Suite (1 double-beds provided)

Price for each extra single-bed 200 RMB/Day/Bed

4 Security Deposit for the premises and the attached facilities 1,000 USD /suite. This deposit will be paid when you check in and it should be a cash

payment.

(Since all the facilities we provide you are of high quality, a deposit of 1,000 USD for each suite is necessary. This deposit will be paid in cash when

you check in and returned to you when we confirm that the premises and all the facilities in your suite are in good condition when you check out.)

5 Currency accepted: China RMB, US Dollar, European Dollar, UK Pound (Settlement will be based on central parity rate)

Luxury Suite

Prices and Standards: 24 hour English customers service and 24 hour on-call cleaner

1 Luxury suite (160-210 sq meters) with 3 bedrooms and 1 living room for a whole family or friends of 6 people. (One double-bed is supplied in each

bedroom.Two extra single-beds can be provided and if you need,please choose it in your order form.)

Total price per suite: 17,000 RMB/Day/Suite (3 double-beds provided)

Price for each extra single-bed 200 RMB/Day/Bed

2 Luxury suite (110-160 sq meters) with 2 bedrooms and 1 living room for a whole family or friends of 4 people. (One double-bed is supplied in each

bedroom.Only one extra single-beds can be provided and if you need, please choose it in your order form.)

Total price per suite: 12,000 RMB/Day/Suite (2 double-beds provided)

Price for each extra single-bed 200 RMB/Day/Bed

3 Luxury suite (80-110sq meters) with 1 bedroom and 1 living room for a whole family or friends of 2 people. (One double-bed is supplied in each

bedroom. No extra single-bed provided)

Total price per suite: 9,000 RMB/Day/Suite (1 double-beds provided)

4 Security Deposit for the premises and the attached facilities 2,000 USD /suite. This deposit will be paid when you check in and it should be a cash

payment.

(Since all the facilities we provide you are of high quality, a deposit of 1,000 USD for each suite is necessary. This deposit will be paid in cash when

you check in and returned to you when we confirm that the premises and all the facilities in your suite are in good condition when you check out.)

President Villa

Price and Standards:

Isolated villa with private garden, (400-500 sq meters) with 4-6 bedrooms for a whole famil or friends of 6 people. 24 hours private car (only 6 people 

permitted) and driver, 24 hours English escorting, 24 hours Chinese and Western chef, 24 hours cleaner.

Total price per suite: 150,000RMB/Day/Suite

The renting period is 20 days at least.Visitors who make the room reservation between Aug 6, 2008 and Aug 25, 2008 could advance their check-in date to

July 30, 2008 and extends the checkout date to September 1, 2008, without extra charges for up to 14 days’ free stay. (This plan could not only make

your flight ticket reservation more flexible between July 30, 2008 and September 1, 2008 but make your stay in Beijing more economical.)
