Procedures for Reservation 

Step 1: Contract Online  

Please visit our website. Read carefully of the Personal Information Form and Reservation Contract form. Fill out the Personal Information Form and submit the two forms online. (To be more efficient, after you finish filling out these forms, please put your full payment to any bank that is able to wire money directly to Bank of China or direct online payment, which is convenient for your prompt payment after you receive our reservation confirmation notice.)

Step 2: Signature 

After filling out the Personal Information Form and Reservation Contract form online, please print two copies of each form, sign your name at the bottom, and fax us one copy of each form with your signature on it.

Step 3: Full Payment 

When we receive your fax of the Personal Information Form and Reservation Contract form with your signature on them, after a careful confirmation, within 15 business days, we would send you an email or call you to inform you of your full amount payment to our bank account. Please keep a copy of the remittance slip for your records.

Step 4: Reservation Confirmation 

After receiving your full payment, we will send you an email or call you to inform you that your reservation is successful.

Step 5: Flight Confirmation 

We will start our 24-hour English phone service from July 1, 2008. We will then confirm your flight arrival time and your personal information, and explain in details of our airport run. (If you have any questions during this period of time, you could call our 24-hour English phone service for help.)

Step 6: Airport Run 

When you arrive in Beijing, our professional service members will welcome you at the Beijing Capital Airport. You only need to show us your remittance slip, Personal Information Form and Reservation Contract form, and then you will enjoy your happy stay in Beijing in 2008.

We will arrange your suite in the order of your money arrival date. If your money arrives after the rooms are fully reserved, we will return all the money to you within 20 business days and apologize for the inconvenience.
