Reservation Contract

甲方: 北京李李氏有限责任公司
Lessor (hereinafter referred to as Party A): Beijing LiLiShi Ltd.

乙方:
Lessee (hereinafter referred to as Party B):

甲方责任(Obligations of Party A):

甲方在收到乙方全额房款及房屋设施押金后，需向乙方提供乙方在定房合同中预定的套房(甲方将按照汇款到帐的先后顺序安排乙方的客房，如果因为乙方选择的银行汇款到帐日期滞后，造成乙方不能如约定房，甲方在20个工作日内全额退还乙方所有汇款)。
After Party A receives from Party B the full payment for reservation and deposit for safety and good conditions of the premises and the attached suite facilities, Party A will provide Party B with the suite that Party B reserves in the Reservation Contract and the related service. (Suite arrangement will follow the order of payment arrival date. If payment for reservation from Party B arrives after the rooms are fully reserved, all the money will be returned to Party B within 20 business days.)
甲方必须保证乙方预定的客房内的设备设施完好。
Party A must ensure the good conditions of the premises and the attached facilities in the suite Party B reserves.
甲方向乙方提供相关服务。
服务内容包括：
  A 机场接送服务
  B 24小时“北京通”英语电话服务
  C 24小时客房应急服务
  D 客房保洁服务
Services provided by Party A to Party B include:
  A. Airport Run
  B. Twenty-four Hour “Beijing” English Phone Service
  C. Twenty-four Hour Suite Emergency Service
  D. Suite Cleaning Service

乙方责任(Obligations of Party B):

乙方必须遵守中华人民共和国法律，法规。遵守北京市地方相关法律，法规
Party B must abide by the laws of People’s Republic of China and laws of Beijing.
乙方必须保证入住套房客人身份的合法，并向甲方提供合法，有效的证件。
Party B must ensure his or her legal status and provide Party A with legal and valid IDs.
乙方填写的个人信息登记表中的内容必须是真实有效的，在定房合同中所选择的套房种类及入住日期是您的真实意愿。
Party B must fill in the Personal Information Form with his/her true and complete information. The suite type and check-in and check-out dates that Party B chooses in the Reservation Contract form must be the real wish of Party B.
乙方在入住套房后须安全使用燃气及电器设备。每次使用完毕后，必须关闭所有燃气及电器设备。否则由此产生的后果全部由乙方承担。
During the stay in suite, Party B must use the gas and electric appliances under safety guidance. Party B must make sure that the gas and electric appliances are turned off after using them. Party B will take full responsibility for consequences caused by disobedience of this rule.
在租住期间，如果因乙方的原因引起房间内设备设施的损坏，由乙方承担责任，由乙方照价赔偿甲方的损失。
During the rental dates, if the damage of the premises and attached facilities is caused by Party B, Party B will take the responsibility for the compensation.
如因乙方原因，造成不能按时履行本合同约定，定房款不予退还。
In case Party B does not fulfill the contract, Party A will not return reservation fee to Party B.

责任免除 (Liability Exemption):

因不可抗力原因造成双方不能履行本合同，双方均无责任。
In case either party that encounters Force Majeure fails to fulfill the obligation under the contract, neither party will be responsible for the loss.

房间价格及标准(Suite Prices and Standards):

1. 3室1厅式套房：120-160平方米，可供您全家或朋友共6-7人(含1名儿童)舒适居住(我们每间卧室里为您提供的是1张双人床，如果您需要加配独立的单人床，请在定单中选择)。
Comfortable suite (120-160 sq meters) with 3 bedrooms and 1 living room for a whole family or friends of 6-7 people (including 1 child). (One double-bed is supplied in each bedroom. If you need extra single-bed, please choose it in your order form.)

每套总价: RMB 8000元/日(提供3张双人床)

4: 房屋设施押金 1000美元/套 (在您到达北京以后支付现金)
Security Deposit for the premises and the attached facilities 1,000 USD /suite. This deposit will be paid when you check in and it should be a cash payment.

（由于我们为您提供的套房内的设施均是中、高档产品，因此，我们将预收您1000美元/套的房屋设施押金，这笔押金在您到达北京以后向您收取，请您提前准备好现金。在您租住期满，经我们的工作人员确认套房内所有设施均无损坏后，我们将押金全额退还。）
